We are now seeking an Asset & Digital Account Manager to oversee and manage our portfolio of Serviced apartments.
Key Accountabilities of the Role
Day-to-day management of our Serviced Apartments
Clients/customers support
Site visits and periodic inspections
Management of website and online content
Management of all channel contents
Content management on Channel management software
Supervision and management of all contractors
Client and customer invoicing
Company supply purchases and expense management
Setting up and onboarding of new Serviced Apartment
Sourcing of new market opportunities
Other Administrative and management duties as required
