We are a real estate investment Company heavily involved in the hospitality sector of provision and management of high-standard short to medium-term fully Serviced Apartments. Our clients include businesses, private individuals and families, local authorities, etc.

We are now seeking an Asset & Digital Account Manager to oversee and manage our portfolio of Serviced apartments.

Key Accountabilities of the Role 

• Day-to-day management of our Serviced Apartments
• Clients/customers support
• Site visits and periodic inspections
• Management of website and online content
• Management of all channel contents
• Content management on Channel management software
• Supervision and management of all contractors
• Client and customer invoicing
• Company supply purchases and expense management
• Setting up and onboarding of new Serviced Apartment
• Sourcing of new market opportunities
• Other Administrative and management duties as required
